One of the most important factors in counselling is the quality of the relationship between client and therapist. Finding a therapist that you can relate to and trust is really important for both of us. 

Our initial session will give you the opportunity to establish how we will work together. During that first session we can discuss your goals and expectations, how the sessions will proceed, and my policy on confidentiality, cancellations and appointment times.

 

If we agree to work together, we can decide on a fixed number of sessions or work in an open-ended way.

I do offer some concessions based on circumstances. 

 

Fees

Initial Session - Free 30 minutes 

£60 – for individual therapy 

£70 – for couples

£70 -  for 1.5 hours of supervision

£60 - 1 hour of supervision 

£140 - for Insurance Assessments/Reports

Student Rates

Counselling  - £50

Supervision  - £60
